Clearly, we have a problem.
A dilemma
A conflict so old and ancient
That it predates God’s creation
When He said
Let there be light.
Color never stood a chance.
A slave to perception from a conscious entity
That abuses it with such
Animosity!
The horrors that we have done with such an ambiguous thing
That meant us no harm
But the harm we have inflicted towards it.
Shape
Form
Substance
They engulf it unequivocally.
But one thing it didn’t have
Was life.
Now, we live in opposition.
When we could one day be like the light
Shining so bright.
